Welcome to our fundraising page, and thank you so much for taking the time to visit. 💙
This year, Will and I are taking on our second swimming challenge to raise money for TOFS, a charity that means more to our family than words could ever express. 💙
Last year, I completed the challenge on my own, swimming an incredible 5km (200 lengths) in just one week. Thanks to the amazing generosity of our family, friends and supporters, we raised over £1,500 for TOFS! 🏊♀️🎉
This year, we’re going even bigger… 💪
Together, we’re aiming to swim a combined 15km (500 lengths) ! 🏊♀️🏊♂️ Our goal is to raise as much money as possible for a charity that has supported our family throughout Harri’s journey. 💙
💙 Why are we doing this?
Our reason is simple… our incredible little boy and brother, Harri. 💙
When Harri was born, our lives changed forever. He was diagnosed with VACTERL Association, a rare condition made up of a number of congenital differences. As part of his VACTERL diagnosis, Harri was also born with Tracheo-Oesophageal Fistula (TOF) and Oesophageal Atresia (OA) – the conditions that TOFS supports.
From the moment he entered the world, Harri has shown unbelievable strength. He’s faced surgery, lengthy hospital stays, countless appointments and more challenges than any child should ever have to face. Yet through it all, he continues to amaze us every single day with his cheeky smile, determination and resilience. 🥹💙
Throughout our journey, TOFS has been a lifeline. They’ve provided trusted information, support, reassurance and, most importantly, a community of families who truly understand what living with TOF/OA is like. Knowing we weren’t alone has meant the world to us. 🤝💙
